Vinayaka kawtham is a traditional dance form performed in temples by devadasi(Temple Dancer) as a daily ritual and as an offering to god.
This vinakaya kawtham dance form is performed to Lord Vinayaka during the prayer by a Temple dancer in temple.
In India it was a tradition of performing dance during rituals in temples. We follow this from our ancient times.
